禄充风景区位于美丽迷人的抚仙湖西岸，景区幅员面积9.5平方公里，湖岸线长3.2公里，距离澄江县城21公里，距昆明70公里。从20世纪80年代向社会开放以来，通过政府投资、企业投资、私人投资把原来的一个小渔村建成集旅游、休闲、度假、娱乐为一体的开放景区。景区背山面湖，古树成荫，人杰地灵，历史上有“一门双进士，百步两翰林”的美誉。整个景区由风光秀丽的抚仙湖，形如笔架的笔架山，状如金钟的玉笋山，平静如镜的波息湾和绿树成荫的古榕树以及古老独特的水车捕捞抗浪鱼等景观构成一幅优美的画面，成为抚仙湖沿岸有名的旅游景区。景区内渔村风情浓厚，出产名贵鱼种“抗浪鱼”。为保护这一珍贵、稀有土著鱼种，2003年以笔架山为主体设立了“笔架山抗浪鱼自然生态区”，2004年恢复了生态区108眼渔洞，成为景区一道亮丽的风景线。
Brief introduction to the scenic spot
Luchong Scenic Spot is located on the west bank of the beautiful Fuxian Lake, with a surface area of 9.5 KM², with 3.2 km length of coast line, and with distance of 21 kilometers to Chengjiang County and 70 kilometers to Kunming. Since the opening of the 80s of last century, it’s built from a fishing village to an opening scenic spot with tourism, recreation, vacation, entertainment by the investments of government, enterprises, individuals. The scenic spot is covered with green trees and facing to the lake with the back to hills. It’s a nice place with lots of famous persons in the history. The entire scenic spot is a graceful image composed by a beautiful lake, a penholder shaped hill, and a bell shaped hill, a nice bay with quite some ancient banyan trees, unique antiquity mill wheel for fishing. The scenic spot remains the local fishing customs, and famous for a sort of fish called Kanglang. To protect this rare and unusual aboriginal fish, a “Bijia Hill Natural Ecological Zone for Kanglang fish” was set up in 2003, and 108 fish holes were restored in 2004, it becomes a prospect landscape.
